Nakasi Christine is responsible for providing travel information, itineraries and prices, handling customer complaints or concerns, counseling clients on terms and conditions of travel or making reservations and sending out confirmation notices.

Maintain record of all bookings and maintain accuracy in same and ensure compliance to all guest demands and manage all inquiries and provide response within required time frame.
